How is Structure Different from Other Chiropractors?
At Structure Chiropractic, I don’t rush you through a three-minute adjustment and send you on your way—that’s not my approach. I’m committed to partnering with you for lasting pain relief and improved well-being. You won’t experience double-booking or high-pressure sales tactics, contracts, or a “three visits a week” push. Each session is one-on-one, blending soft tissue therapy, stretches, physiotherapy, and precise alignments tailored to you. This focused care delivers results that endure.
Do You Take Insurance?
No, I do not accept private or public insurance plans. Here’s why: Insurance-heavy practices often face high overhead from claims processing, leading to rushed, five-minute visits where patient concerns are overlooked. At Structure, I prioritize quality—my shortest appointments are a full hour, limited to five patients daily, ensuring your undivided attention.
Typically, insurance co-pays for chiropractic care are around $40. My 60-minute maintenance visits are $100 (increasing to $125 on November 15, 2025), a $60-$85 difference. What you gain—extended time, personalized care, and proven results—far exceeds that investment.
Where Are You Located? Where Should I Park?
We are located in the Bluwater Crossing lofts, adjacent to the Poinsettia Rail Station. There is ample parking available. Note: Your GPS may take you to the east side of our building. If that happens, just exit back onto Avenida Encinas and make a left. Proceed until you see the large “Poinsettia Station” sign, then enter the large parking lot there. Our office is about 3/4 of the way down the building (6860).

How Do I Book a Visit?

What Should I Wear to My Appointment?
Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing to allow for movement and treatment.
Can I Work Out During My Visit in Addition to Physiotherapy?
Absolutely! If you’d like to exercise under my supervision, select the 90- or 120-minute option at structure.janeapp.com. I’ll include stretching and adjustments for a comprehensive session.
What Should I Expect After My Visit?
Hydrate: Your joints, muscles, and bones were worked to reduce pain and improve mobility, which may release toxins. Drink plenty of water to support healing.
Light Movement: Gentle walking or easy motion boosts blood flow and recovery post-adjustment. Avoid intense workouts—discuss timing with me based on your condition (e.g., a few hours to a couple of days).
Follow the Plan: Perform any prescribed rehab exercises to accelerate healing.
Listen to Your Body: Mild tingling, coolness, stiffness, or soreness may occur as your body adjusts. Ease discomfort with a warm Epsom salt bath or gentle stretch
